New Jersey law and jurisdiction govern the agreement. For any dispute resolution we go through arbitration or mediation first. For any claims for which arbitration is inapplicable, you agree that such claims will be brought in federal or state court in Somerset County, New Jersey and governed by laws of the state of New Jersey, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.

Use of any coach’s content or the Academy’s content outside of the Academy is strictly prohibited. Any intellectual property developed by the student during the course of their work at the Academy shall remain the property of the student, unless agreed upon otherwise in writing.
13. Community Support: The Academy provides a supportive community for educational purposes, fostering learning and collaboration among its members. It is not responsible for any individual's decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from participation in its programs, courses, or services.
14. Educational Intent: The educational content and resources provided by the Academy are intended for informational and educational purposes only. The Academy does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or improvements as a result of enrollment or use.
15. No Professional Relationship: Participation in the Academy's programs does not create a professional-client or counselor-client relationship. Users should not rely on information provided within the Academy as a substitute for professional advice.

Users can schedule discovery calls to see what programs in Seasons & Signs Academy would be a good fit. Calls can be scheduled with Calendly at https://calendly.com/seasonsandsigns/30min.
Information shared during discovery calls is subject to the confidentiality clause.
Date collected through Calendly for discovery calls shall only be used for services rendered

c. The intellectual property rights clause extends to any content or resources provided for free.
d. The Academy is not responsible for functionality or accuracy, completeness, or suitability of information of any free or third party resources provided on Seasons & Signs Academy’s platforms
